CUSTOM SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Software that fits
the way you work.

Troofox develops web applications, business systems and application integrations. Our office is at T-Hub in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We turn a defined business need into software your customers and team can use.

From the first useful release to ongoing improvements.

WHAT WE BUILD

Useful systems, connected.

01

Web applications

Customer portals, internal tools and workflow applications designed around the people who use them. Define user journeys, permissions and the first useful release before expanding the feature list.

02

Business systems

Custom software for operational processes, records and reporting. Bring together the steps that currently depend on disconnected spreadsheets, email and manual handoffs.

03

Application integrations

Connect business tools through available interfaces. Agree how data maps between systems, which system owns each record and how failures and duplicate updates are handled.

FROM BRIEF TO RELEASE

Define it. Build it. Put it to work.

  1. 01

    Scope the problem

Identify users, existing tools, constraints and what the first release must accomplish.

  2. 02

    Design the workflow

Map the journeys, data, permissions and integrations before implementation.

  3. 03

    Build & validate

Review working software against agreed acceptance criteria and representative user tasks.

  4. 04

    Release & support

Agree deployment, monitoring, handover and support responsibilities before launch.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT APPROACH

Build around
the actual need.

Should we buy a product or build custom software?

Start with an existing product when its workflow, permissions and integrations fit your requirements. Consider custom development when a critical process cannot be supported well by available tools. Compare ongoing operation, support and integration costs as well as the initial build.

Can you connect an existing application to other systems?

We assess the available APIs, data formats and permissions before proposing an integration. The scope should include reconciliation, retries, duplicate prevention and what happens when either system is unavailable.

Do we need a full application or an AI bot?

If people need a new interface, shared records or a new workflow, an application may be appropriate. If the existing tools work but repetitive steps consume time, AI bots and business process automation may be a better starting point. Some projects combine both.

What information do you need to estimate a project?

Share the problem, intended users, essential workflows, existing tools and constraints. A desired launch date and budget range help prioritize scope. Estimates depend on the agreed requirements, integrations and deployment needs.

Can you support software after launch?

Ongoing support is part of the project discussion. Agree monitoring, fixes, change requests, response expectations and responsibility for hosting and third-party services in the proposal.
