The bot connects to the client's computer through an authorized screen-sharing session with full control, reading the screen, clicking and typing in the client's apps. The client sends instructions through a preconfigured email address, form or another agreed medium. The client machine must stay on, connected and available. Screen and task data may be processed in the VM and by the AI services used; access, stopping arrangements and approval rules are agreed during setup.
